Price Guarantee. As soon as a completed Booking Form and Deposit or full payment is received, the rental cost will not change. This is subject to conditions of payment being met and no amendments being made to the booking

Booking & Deposit. A booking form should be completed and signed by the lead name on behalf of all the party. This should be returned with a deposit of £100 per week or part week. Bookings made within 8 weeks of start of rental should be accompanied by full payment

Payment of Balance. The balance of payment is due 8 weeks prior to the start of rental. Non-payment by this time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. Should a cheque not be honoured we have to make a charge of £19 to cover bank charges and administration costs. Payment should be made by cheque payable to SUNNYDAZE FLORIDA VILLAS at 14 Lower Road, Faversham, Kent .ME13 7NB.

Security Deposit. £200 deposit against any loss or damage incurred during your stay. This should be payed by separate cheque together with the balance, but will not be cashed upon the satisfactory return of keys and property inspection.

• Up to 56 days prior to start of rental- Deposit only.
• 28-55 days prior to start of rental- 50% of full rental costs.
• Within 28 days of start of rental-Full rental cost

Rental period. The house will normally be available from 4.00pm on the day of   arrival. In order that it may be prepared for the next guests, it should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Failure to comply may result in an additional charge.

Occupancy. The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the persons named on the booking form. No other persons are permitted to stay.

Alterations to confirmed booking. We will do all that we can to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee to do so.

Safety. We cannot accept responsibility for accidents, injury or damage caused by hirers. Particular care should be taken at all times when using the pool. The pool and poolside should not be used while under the influence of drink. Children should be supervised in the pool area at all times.

No smoking. For the comfort of all our guests, you are asked not to smoke in the house. Smoking is permitted in the pool/patio area.

Problems. If you have a problem during your stay, please bring it to the attention of our Management Company immediately, so they can have an opportunity of putting the problem right. You will find them very helpful.

Force Majeure. We are not liable for any loss or delay caused by industrial disputes, riots, political unrest, closure of airports or ports, or any other events outside our control.  

No pets. For the comfort of our guest no pets are permitted in the house.
